Our Story

What lies at the heart of effective communication?

For us, it’s control and authenticity.

As BBC broadcast journalists we realised a good number of interviewees achieved the former, less cracked the latter, and hardly anyone managed them both.

Which is why, in 2008 we set up Inside Edge. We provide confidence-building, tailored and realistic media training courses that work.

We coach chief executives of some of the planet’s biggest brands, scientists literally discovering the origin of the universe, brilliant academics and managers at over 40 universities and Research Councils, and small teams from charities on tight budgets providing vital services.

We’re educators as well as journalists and excellent delegate feedback matters to us as much now as it did on the first coaching session we ever ran.

We’ve since expanded to provide Executive Coaching, Podcasting and Film Production, but that single motive for setting up the company in 2008 continues to sit at the heart of our business…

Authenticity and control.
Your communication, transformed.
